HINTS is the result of a singular collaboration between three women from different nationalities, professional backgrounds, and religious traditions who come together to explore a shared horizon: the union between the human being, nature, and the divine. Through personal anecdotes, poetic verses, yoga aphorisms, and 45 color photographs taken in natural landscapes in Indonesia, the book offers an intimate and luminous voice on contemporary spirituality. Although it draws on yoga, it is not a technical yoga book, but a sensitive invitation to self-knowledge, inner listening, and a deeper experience of beauty.

HINTS accompanies a process of transformation, an education of the heart that reminds us of our essential connection to life and opens a path back to what we already are. The book was launched at the Ubud Writers & Readers Festival (October 18, 2008) and received the Best Book Cover Design Award from the Type Directors Club in New York in 2009, with cover design by Ena Cardenal de la Nuez (Spain).

Quote from Peter Young:This book is about a love that reaches into the heart of our numbness, confusion and isolation, that does not let us go, but which shakes us and wakes us, and leads us subtly, rigorously, step by step into change.

We follow its hints, stumbling, into the light.
